We’ve had the DC25 for a little over 6 months, and have been very impressed with the performance. The new ‘ball’ is the fulcrum around which the rest of the cleaner moves, allowing easy flowing motion
as you manoeuvre around furniture, and get in close to the skirting boards.

The ball enables the cleaner to move in any direction with swift fluid action, making it so much easier to clean the floors. In addition to this dynamic action, the cleaning ability and suction is very powerful, so there is no hurry to get a replacement.

While waiting for delivery of our DC25 we were using a perfectly good vacuum cleaner, it picked up visible dirt, dropped crumbs, mud etc, but when we received the new Dyson we were totally amazed at how much dirt the cleaner picked up out of the carpet. The Dyson is bagg-less and has a clear central cylinder, where the dirt is deposited, this filled up very quickly, and demonstrated how much more efficient the DC25 is.

I would recommend the Dyson DC25 to anyone, and would say anyone can handle this cleaner with ease.
